If you're watching your salt and sugar intake, here's a great recipe with only two ingredients that satisfies a sweet tooth, without any sugar. (Bananas do have a good amount of carbs though, so keep that in mind.)
Cut banana slices into 1-inch round chunks, lay flat on a dish or cookie sheet, and freeze for about an hour.
Process frozen banana slices in food processor until smooth and creamy.
Halfway through, add one teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder.
Freeze in small containers and have as an "ice cream" snack when the urge hits.
Next time I'm going to add a few frozen strawberries, or maybe a drop of vanilla.
